A CHARTER ORDINANCE SETTING THE AMOUNT OF MUNICIPAL COURT-COURT COSTS FOR EACH CASE FILED AND AUTHORIZING SUBLETTE MUNICIPAL COURT TO CHARGE AND COLLECT COURT COSTS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SUBLETTE, KANSAS:

SECTION 1. COURT COSTS. The City of Sublette, Kansas Municipal Court is hereby authorized to charge and collect $30.00 per case for each case filed in Sublette. Municipal Court.

SECTION 2. AUTHORIZATION. The Municipal Court-court costs are authorized by this Charter Ordinance, which is adopted by the City of Sublette, Kansas pursuant to the authority of the Kansas Constitution Article 12-Section 5 allowing Cities the power of Home Rule to enact ordinances that may not be enacted by the State Legislature uniform - to all cities.
